Holy shamoli, it’s even colder

I thought it was cold the other week… That was nothing compared to this morning

Still nothing like the low temperatures elsewhere in the world, like Canada for instance, but cold for doing daft things like going out in bare legs and running around a park. I felt the hairs in my nostrils freezing up, like what happens when you work in a cold store. Very painful on the forearms, elbows and where my watch was attached to my wrist.

Why, oh why do I torture myself like this? Because it feels amazing after you’ve done it. 😉
